Review for Sunergy Systems

Would suggest simpler explanation of how the size of the system relates to total energy generated. (I couldn`t relate the size in kW to kWh used in a day, until I spent a while puzzling it out. It`s in the literature somewhere, but would be nice to put that up front for the customer.) Also would suggest offering the customer tips on maximizing usage of generated power (shifting some activities to daytime while power is actively generating, etc). For example, I have a passive solar water preheater - so now I make a point to do laundry and dishwasher - and other large uses of hot water - in the afternoon, while the columns are at their hottest.

I do have absolutely no complaints with any part of the process. I was impressed with everyone on the team, from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with the lady who installed the inverter panel, and had to troubleshoot what turned out to be a different wiring scheme than had been expected - as well as ... Tom ? John ? who came out to finish the troubleshooting.
Answer to 2nd question in 3rd block would be "maybe." We might have gone ahead with the installation of solar PV, without the federal tax incentives, but the price would have had to be lower - otherwise, the payoff time would be too long.
The contractor could not have charged us net amount after purchase incentives, because the largest incentive was the 30% of cost tax credit, which we would have to claim on our own income tax return. Washington also waives sales tax on solar PV systems, and Sunergy did count that incentive, so we paid the lowest price possible.
