Mark and Burke O`Neal are two of the most careful and helpful contractors we have met. They were willing to present and discuss many options before we finally sined a contract and work began. A delay in completion was solely due to delays in supply of PV panels from the manufacturer. Burke and Mark also installed a thermal collection system for us, and integrated it with backup geothermal heat pumps, but this form permits only an `either-or` choice, not both. They did just as great a job at that as they did with the PV. I would rather work with Burke and Mark than almost any of the contractors who did other work for us. They listen, respond with ideas and choices, explain the options, do fine craftsmanship, and will change or make additions as needed during installation. They are highly ethical and capable people.<br />Attending the Midwest Renewable Energy and Sustainable Living fair in Custer, WI, 2 years in a row was immensely helpful and solidified our concepts of what we wanted and roughly how to go about it for building a new (close to zero-net-energy) home.
