My girlfriend and I were more than pleased with Tad, CSS and the entire solar panel installation experience. There were no hidden surprises, delays or disappointments. My only concern was for the well being of the workman carrying the panels on his back up the ladder. Hopefully there will be a safer system in place in the future.<br />Ken W. <br />Los Angeles<br />
