Our home is now a finalist top 15 for the national Energy Value Housing Award. The PV addition has been a significant part of the nomination. It is very nice going into retirement not having worries about rising utility bills.<br />I included renewable energy in our new house construction because of my ethical conviction to live sustainably. I only wish that my finances would have allowed a 6 kW system.
