Even several years after the initial installation, the Superior Solar Rep responded within a day to ny inquiry asking for his help with questions that I was receiving from our HOA regarding the solar. He wrote an e-mail to them and offered to discuss any further items that they may have. His initial quote was the amount paid. Everyone from the sales, installation crew, & office were very professional.<br />I don`t remember whether the contractor charged full and we received the electric utility`s incentive since it`s been three years ago now. I do know that they filled out all paperwork required on their part and that was submitted. The electric company was on-site as well. Both worked well together and were very professional. The amount paid and utility rebate were as presented to me at the initial contract. I have not issues and have/would recommend the company again to my friends, neighbors, relatives, etc. I`m not sure of KW, so there is one panel for the water heater and 5 soft panels for the pool and spa. Our roofline and the HOA were the only constraints. THe company did a good job and I was impressed by their rep. (David Spanier) throughout and since.
