The first year the system worked pretty good but our bills went from $ 500.00 a month to $ 1800.00 a year. The second year our bill was $ 3800.00 a year. We had a hard time getting in touch with the owner to correct some things that were not right. We had to hire another solar contractor to come out and appraise our system and he found several problems with our system. We finally contacted the state license board and then he came out and made some changes. The converter boxed had deteriorated so they were not functioning properly. He changed those for us and it is working much better now. In our original contract it stated we were to get 54 panels but only got 42. He said that was because he gave us a better quality panel ? ? ? They were supposed to be put on a patio, but at the last minute they were installed on our house only. He now said that is all he can do for us.<br />
