Communication needs to be greatly improved. Most problems are around lack of communication or clear answers to questions.<br />Utility company Incentives were managed by both contractor and self. Tax incentives were managed by me. Power reliability was not explained fully until after turn-on of system. Key was that if grid goes down, I lose solar system too. Not what I wanted. I understood that Solar PV was independent of electrical grid.
