The areas that needed improvement are; 1) Need to get a systems person out before the job starts 2) need to be honest with the schedule The were off by 4 months 3) Need a full time procurement person.<br /><br />The team is great and they worked around my issues. The product is perfect and the install was top notch.<br />I wanted to get the basic home systems off the grid... Knowing that the cost is way too high to make the house totally renewable, we did as much as we could afford.
