Our solar system was installed quickly and efficiently. However, we had a problem with PG&E. They did not install the correct monitoring system and we were not given credit for the solar power made for the first 4 months until I figured out the meter was not running backwards and only running forwards. (The meter looked like it was going backwards but the numbers did not register...the numbers only registered forward use of power.) That was frustrating and we are still working with PG&E to get proper credit. Our dealings with SPG Solar were always professional and they were quick to respond whenever we had a question.<br />We saw the panels installed on a home in Kelly Ridge area and followed up on having one installed on our home.
