The quality of work is superb, the people doing the work were pros. The issue I note above re: date and time, were definitely affected by exceptionally poor weather, which can`t be accounted for- however, I would suggest that the company have someone who stays in touch (the salesperson, perhaps.) Bad news is no fun to deliver -- I have to do it myself at times -- but bad news is better than no news...even if it`s just a brief email once a week or so saying that conditions have forced a delay.<br />Again, I`m very happy with the work and am grateful to the people who did it. Thanks.
