My family has been extremely happy with the service provided by Solar Ray that we recommend the company to everyone we know, as well as those who we come in contact with in public settings. In fact, we are presently working with Solar Ray for the expansion of our current PV system by an additional 3.78 KW. Michael Brown, the owner of Solar Ray, has always gone above the norm, making the entire process (design, permitting, installation, and filing of paperwork) an entirely stress free experience. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and is able to correlate information in a comprehensible manner to those (like me) with less of an understanding of the technical side of solarization. He is also able to work well with other contractors, noted by his professionalism in working in conjunction with our roofing company for the install of the legs of the solar system into our Gen-Flex roof. Additionally, his prices were the best that we received from any of the other contractors we inquired with. We have one full year of production of both the PV and Thermal production of our system with no noted problems to report.<br />Solar Ray handled all permitting, inspections, and completion of rebate incentives. Michael Brown was very knowledgeable of available programs being offered by the county I reside- by the State of Florida- by the Federal Government. He also assisted me in selling my carbon credits, which is offsetting the inital cost of the installation.
