Very professional, very personable and very accomodating people, SSL.<br /><br />My delay in responding to you is due to my being about to leave with my family for the summer--I`m working 1700 miles away for three months and getting ready for such an assignment is quite time-consuming--in late May- then making the trip- and now working at three different sites. Today, a Sunday, I am getting caught up on my correspondence and can thus comment on your survey. In general, we couldn`t be happier with SSL.<br />Your question #15 above ["Did this project work has increased the value of your building ? "] is an impossible sentence and detracts considerably from one`s impression of your company. For best results for YOU, consider revamping it, as in "Did this work increase the value...."<br /><br />Also, I`m not sure whether there was a building permit, so my answers to #17 and #19 may well be wrong. But everything that needed to be done, they did.
