As with most projects, minor complications came up. Allura Solar stepped up to the plate and took care of everything at the agreed up front price. Very stand-up people to work with and the quality of parts and workmanship are outstanding. I give this company a 100%, and I am a tough person to deal with.<br />The utility inspection was very tough, Allura went out of their way at extra expense for them and complied to every aspect of what the inspector wanted, even though some were just a suggestion.<br /><br />Allura took some of the incentives directly off my bill, my refunds from my NYS, and Fed. Taxes, I filed for at the end of the year and received, with a bit of carry over for this year...
