The biggest problem we faced in installing this system was the obtuseness and inefficiency of both the Glendale city and Glendale Power bureaucracies. This was very irritating and actually delayed the project needlessly by close to a month. However, Solar Energy Exchange navigated these problems as well as they could and made sure that we were well advised as to how to deal with the various snags that came up.<br /><br />SMALL GRAMMATICAL POINT:<br />The words "Great", "Good," "OK", and "Unhappy" are not really appropriate responses to questions starting out "How satisfied are you " The answers offered ought to be more along the lines of "Extremely satisfied," "Somewhat", and "Not at all", or perhaps a 1 to 5 ranking scale.<br />
