Any delays or problems with installation were mostly attributed to the general contractor and not Planetary Systems. This was a new construction home. I was somewhat disappointed that I was not brought up to speed on the use of equipment. That said, however, the general contractor delayed the alternative energy installation and it caused scheduling conflicts for Planetary Systems. I would recommended Planetary Systems. I am very satisfied. I have additional work scheduled (a wind turbine)!<br />
