This work was a little unusual, because I purchased the equipment from Planetary Systems but had someone else install it because Planetary Systems was out of state. (So some of the questions above don`t entirely apply to Planetary Systems.) Since I knew little about solar, working with two companies made things pretty complicated, and I think Bill assumed I knew more than I did, but he willingly answered all my questions, and solved all the issues that arose. In the end, the system works pretty much perfectly, exactly as promised.<br /><br />The one thing I would say is ask lots of questions if you want to understand what`s going on. Bill knows his systems very well, but only educates you to the extent you ask him to; otherwise he just sets things up as he thinks best based on his (considerable) experience.<br /><br />
