I had planned my system and presented my plans to 13 different vendors. There were 2 that were willing to do the work as I wanted. OFF-LINE was one of 2, and I just liked Don`s attitude best. The quality of work was outstanding, I have had 33 months of use with no problems other than 1 loose clamp. I even had a 80 ft. tall tree fall on the house and panels without damaging panels or mountings, why I`ll never know, there was $2,500 bill to remove the debris and fix the roof, but $0 for the solar.<br />My utility bills were getting so high I wanted to do something to cure the problem without severely changing our lifestyle.
