All people involved with this company were knowledgeable and helpful. They did a particularly good job of contacting me throughout the process to keep me updated on the status. I can recommend them without reservation.<br />I did not reply to the questions regarding selecting a contractor since the Mass CEC program assigned NE Breeze to be the contractor for my Town. This was a pilot program where the Commonwealth selected a contractor for each of the 4 towns in the program.
