New England Breeze was great to work with. All employees were very knowledable, the equipment installed top notch and the installation itself excellent. My only problem was a change to the system specifications not communicated prior to delivery of he equipment and a small error on the final bill. I would work with NEB again because I know they would do the job right. I would just recommend that you check your contract and invoices carefully. I don`t think the mistakes were on purpose, they are just a new company and need to improve in this area.<br />New England Breeze was great because they covered the cost of the rebate due from Massachusetts and I only had to pay the net amount. They did all the paperwork too. Couldn`t have asked for an easier installation experience.
