Mr. Durrenberger is a very pleasant and honest man. His crew is superb - professional, hard working, thorough, and careful. Unfortunately, Mr. Durrenberger is a bit bumbling and not good on details. When asked direct questions, he frequently does not answer them. I applaud what his company is trying to achieve and the service that they provide. He and his partner, however, really need to concentrate on getting the details right, following up promptly, and understanding that the satisfaction of customers is vital to his business. He too often seems unprepared or confused.<br /><br />Again, his crew is exemplary and they merit high praise for the work performed.<br />As mentioned before, the local power company is a municipal utility. Therefore, net metering is not available but partial buyback of excess generated power is. I would very much like some assistance (rebates, full net metering, Renewal Energy Certificate sales) in cost reduction before expanding my system.
