Namaste was very responsive to our questions and scheduling needs during installation. The only disappointment was the long period of time (about 8 weeks) between the solar panel installation on the roof and the electrical hook-up to the inverter and breaker box. We prefer the unobtrusive appearance of the Kyocera brand PV panels offered by Namaste; the panels blend in very well to the roof. The electrician did a great job locating the electrical conduit out of sight. Our net meter is already spinning backwards.<br />Namaste did a great job educating our local city building inspector to the new solar PV system on our house. The inspection required a second visit, but no changes were needed. It is easy to track the daily solar electricity production on the inverter display panel (Sunny Boy inverter).
