Overall very satisfied. During the quotation process, I challenged them with coming up with a way of maximizing the available roofing area for my system, considering the East - West orientation of the roof as well as the existing thermal solar system already on the roof. I also challenged them with routing the piping directly into the house rather than running externally along the roof. They worked with me on it provided acceptable solutions. <br />The only disappointment that I found was a miscommunication on the placement of one array of panels.<br />
