Scott went out of his way to explain all steps of the process & to tailor the system to our budget. We had some issues with the system due to our extemely variable Xcel power supply which Scott tirelessly troubleshot until we figured out the problem. We also discovered that Excel had installed the wrong meter & was charging us for both the power we were consuming & the power the system was producing. Once again, Scott aggressively pursued rectification (which, along with our rebate check, we are still awaiting...). I would highly recomend Scott. The same cannot be said of the good folks at Xcel, who desperately need to get their act together...<br />Again, Scott dealt with Excel in all phases of the project. They have yet to rectify the metering issue despite coming up to personally inspect both Scott`s work & the meter, & I still don`t have my rebate check even though Scott said other customers who had their systems installed up to 2 months after mine had already received their checks. Scott has responded to all of my e-mails & phone calls concerning these issues promptly, & has forwarded his inceasingly irritated e-mails to Xcel to me. I firmly believe he has been both diligent & conscientious & Excel has repeatedly dropped the ball to the extent that I am considering legal action & want all of your readers to know how incompetent they have been.
