Net metering still not on due to long delays in getting one-line drawing and the electrical inspection. I was led to believe that installation would allow for use of the solar system as a backup when we lost grid power. After installation, I find that this is added cost. Also installation was to take two days in fact it took over three months before the job was inspected.<br />My net metering is still in application because of long delays in the installation process. I cannot answer all of your questions. I do not know how unhappy I will ultimately be.

You will note that this was net metering delays right when net metering started and the utilities didn't know what to do back in early 2008. We helped the customer resolve the issue and they got their net meter. The customer never updated their status.
