David was our sales rep, proved to be very knowledgeable and attentive. We never felt like he was trying to do anything other than make sure we got the best system for our needs, and the best service thereafter. He was great at keeping us up to date on the whole process, and never failed to answer my many texts. Even after installation was complete, he made it clear that we could always reach out with any questions, and we have never felt like he disappeared after the work was done.
