The process was seamless, from sales through installation which only took two days for 50 panels. American Sentry Solar also filled out much of the paperwork needed in the process, just requiring our signatures. The only hiccup was some communication issues with the Envoy. It took a few times times from different members of the crew to come out and work on this before final resolution. But they were dedicated to completing the job and having it working correctly. We also love the web login and interface to see how the panels are doing. We call it our new computer game as we have become somewhat fixated on checking this out each day to see how much energy we are generating and how much money we are saving!
