Horror Show

This was a nightmare for me. I live in MA where solar panels would be extremely valuable. Sales person sold me on the system. I loved the proposed design. It was sleek and I had almost 100% functionality. Signed all contract shortly after A team came out prior to install looking at the electrical and the roof. On the day of the electrical install just about as they were finished, I was told the design I signed on for would not work because of the pipes on the roof. I was losing 2 panels. New design looked like broken teeth functionality would be diminished. While installing the electrical they made 2 large holes through the siding into the garage. I told them not to continue, that this was not what I signed on for. I was then told the company would come and repair the holes. My rep. then called and wanted to come over and speak with me. He never came the first time (which was tentative) but said he would come by the next day between 1:00 and 2:00. Never showed, never called. He did tell me on the phone that my house would be repaired on 7/27. Of course no one came.<br />I spoke to people on the local and corporate level and told them that I felt I was deceived by the company (they knew before installation that the design could not work) and all I wanted was a release from the contract.<br />Everyone I spoke with said they would help, but in actuality no one did. In no way was I going forward with Trinity.<br />It was very frustrating and unsatisfying to deal with this company.<br />I needed to repair the holes so I hired someone to replace the siding. I still have holes in my garage. It cost me $80 for someone to come out and fix it. <br />A couple of people later on called me from the local office to try and get me to change my mind. I said a definite NO, not if they were the last solar company on earth.<br />The final person who called me was a bit more helpful and at least sent me a cancellation email.<br />Nobody from the beginning explained that the design could change, if they had I never would have agreed.<br />Please do yourself a favor and save yourself from what I went through.
