Still in the process, phase 2, which was upgrading one of the existing AC units. The subcontractor came out on July 3rd and did the install, did a great job... however, after they had left and I went outside to check it all out, even though it looked great, it was the wrong one. We'd talked about a 16 Seer, dual stage Frigidaire unit (as best value, efficiency vs cost) and talked about substituting something equivalent, but this was a 14 Seer Goodman unit. <br />It was the 4th of July so I didn't call that day, and dreaded the call. The 5th of July, I was taking my daughter out for the day, and I KNEW the call was going to be terrible, so I didn't call that day either, so that I wouldn't be upset all day on our outing.<br />The 5th, I called Angie, our Salesperson, and she got back to me right when she said she would, asked what was up. I told her that the unit they installed wasn't the one we talked about, and that the one they put in wasn't really equivalent either. (And that the blower that was installed was so loud it sounded like a dialtone when the AC ran.) Her immediate response was "Don't worry, I'll handle it."<br />That was the end of the call. An hour later, she called back and said they'd ordered the Frigidaire unit, and would probably be calling this next week to set up a time to install it if that was ok - she made sure we were't without air conditioning or anything.<br />Amazing service, you just don't get that very often anymore.
