If could give them less stars I would! We started our contract with American Solar Direct back in early February. It's been 6 months and we still don't have working panels. Since then our contract has been handed over to TWO other companies.<br /><br />I've had to hound them via phone calls, voicemails and emails to no avail. It seems that at times getting pulling a out tooth by hand would be easier than getting a straight answer from these people. <br /><br />Our panels have been sitting on our roof for who knows how long, the meter was installed, removed and reinstalled in a different location and still nothing. <br /><br />We understand that it's a process and it takes time but they have all done a poor job (this is understatement) in communicating with us about anything throughout the process at least not without us having to harass them to get any answers.<br /><br />If we had known the process would be so frustrating with them we never would've entered into a contract with them.
