We are very happy with our solar system. However, I gave a 4 star rating, because there were some stressful times during the installation with a conduit having to be relocated and our assigned project manager was very inexperienced, hard to get a hold of, and delayed the turning on of our solar system due to miscommunication & scheduling mistakes when it came time to have the City of Rio Rancho come out and do the inspections. Our sales representative Justin Dewey on the other-hand was phenomenal to deal with and on-the-ball when it came to getting answers to our questions and/or requests. Due to the delay of our system being turned on, the general manager wanted to "make it right" and earn our trust back and offered to pay our June electric bill. Therefore, Affordable Solar has earned our trust back and we are very satisfied customers now that we have our system installed and up and running.
