Blue Raven came to us via door-to-door marketing, which is usually a red flag for me, but their staff has been friendly and transparent throughout the process. The installation was mostly uneventful (in a good way), but more than a few times a tool or roll of tape would come clattering down onto the backyard awning. In theory this could be a risk to people's safety or property.
