My husband and I recently purchased solar panels with you and we have been nothing but pleased during the entire process. Our free home estimate with Connor was in February after we had already met with Solar City and were not happy with their options. Connor spelled out the entire process, the roof and attic survey, financing, electricity production, rebates and all of the necessary permits and inspections. Gailan was great about keeping us in the loop about where we were in the process, getting necessary paperwork to us, and in scheduling the installation and inspections. The installation crew was efficient and polite, all wiring and 36 panels were installed within 2 days and completed on May 25th. Adam made the trip down for each of the necessary county and electric company inspections and was wonderful about answering questions.<br />ADB handled all of the county permits, county inspections and connecting with our electric company to have the proper meter installed. We are over a 2 hour drive here in Calvert County from where ADB is located, and the employees that made the drives down here never had any complaints. We have already received many compliments on how nice our panels look compared to many other solar installs in the area. We were officially turned on live on June 21st and we are excited to see our electric production and savings! The online availability to see our daily production is a great tool as well. We will be spreading the word about American Sentry here in Calvert County for sure.
