I was not able to be attentive to the installation process and then since I had already had an appointment for my Mother had to leave before the crew finished. So they didn't get to walk me through what they had done and explain anything to me. As I was checking out all the new things associated with the panels, I noticed my blueberry bush had at least 6 broken branches. The black line coming from the roof would have looked better if the installers had run it down the edge of the roof line and brought it down the corner of the house. This is not very pleasing to the eye. Also the attic cover was broken and the man I talked to about it said they would fix it. I also know nothing about the meters and such on the north side of the garage and don't know anything about what they do. Again, I had to leave so I would suggest that when making appointments and then changing them at the last minute because someone else cancelled and you are trying to take advantage of the time (can't blame you - good strategy) please make sure that the person is going to be able to be there the entire time to get all the updates and walk through so that everything is agreeable to all concerned. I really enjoyed the crew, they were very pleasant and seemed to work well while I had contact with them. They closed up as instructed leaving by the man door in the garage. I would like to have someone come and talk about a few things with me when I return from Mexico on the 13th. Maybe the 17th or 18th. Please call me to make the arrangements.
