Just had Vivint installed our solar panels a few days ago. The entire process was smooth and the sales/installation teams were easy to work with. Vivint was promoting the PPA option, but was accommodating when I decided to go with a loan and own the system. We went through a couple of different system designs and they took the effort to incorporate my input. Overall I am really satisfied so far. Will update the review after the system goes online.
