We interviewed several companies, and ended up selecting KW Solar Solutions for our home. Everyone we deal with at this family run organization has been extremely accommodating to our needs. Dale came to the house and explained all aspects of the job in great detail. He laid out a timeline and adhered to it throughout the process. Dale was always available to field questions we had along the way. Jackie was instrumental in making sure that all of the paperwork requirements were submitted in a timely manner to the correct people. We would not have been able to navigate this without her assistance. Even after the job was completed, we have needed to speak with <br />Dale and Jackie from time to answer questions and resolve technical problems and these were handled swiftly. You never feel like any question is too insignificant to ask, or anything requiring greater detail is a problem for them. Overall, it was a great experience that continues to pay dividends.
