I signed the contract in October of 2016, panels and everything were finally installed and ready February, 10 2017. They failed inspections because the labeling wasn't done according to city code. The city emailed them (I was included in the email) the reasons why it failed along with a checklist of what they needed to do to fix it. I was fine with this, people make mistakes and each city is different. 3 weeks later they came out and put up two new labels. Failed again! You were given a checklist how could you fail again? We got another email form the city explaining they needed to fix the other labels on the checklist. 2-3 weeks later they put up some more new labels. FAILED AGAIN. Now you are wasting my time, wasting my energy that I could be saving and really starting to bother me with the 2-3 week delay in fixing this. A total of 4 failed attempts and 4 months of waiting. I was told I was their high priority to get things fixed. when they finally did everything on the checklist the city asked we could come out Tuesday or Thursday. Ok I am a high priority so I am assuming they would want to get it done Tuesday, I was wrong they said let's do the inspection Thursday. 8 MONTHS from start to finish. The best months for my panels to produce extra energy are February, March and April when I do not heat or cool my home, those months were wasted on their lack of following directions.
