This was one of the best overall experiences I've had with a vendor. Brad was so good at keeping me up to date on the status of things and what to expect. He was also very clear in explaining the proposed system. I'm an electrical engineer and network engineer by trade so this type of project is right in my wheelhouse. I did pick up on a slight calculation error and brought it to their attention and they couldn't have responded better or faster to address it and the designer sent an apology e-mail explaining what happened.
