I loved working with Mike. He explained everything at the start. I like that each panel has its own micro-inverter. The app to be able to monitor the panels is great. I chose panels that don't have the gray grid. My son's first words out of his mouth the day they were put up, "I didn't even notice they were there. They blend right in with the shingles." I love not having an electric bill. My only complaint would be having to call and ask where we were in the process and what the estimated time for finishing was. Communication between company and client after the sale doesn't seem to be a strong point which is why they got a 4.
