The installers knew what they were doing, cared about the appearance of the installation (there's more than panels on the rooftop!) and after the installation (oh, yes, that's important!) when there was a glitch because of grid power issues the Edge support guy was here quickly to fix things and show us what to do the next time it happens. The installation was delayed by a number of factors, including need to clear historic district conditions. It all happened without any work on our part but we had to wait several months longer than expected.
