I love my new solar panels. Having them installed was very simple and they helped me understand every step of the way. I would recommend using Auric to anyone I know. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that there were a few hiccups along the way. Basically whoever was the project manager did not coordinate very well and the "done by noon" install turned into "done at 6pm." I also lost a month of solar savings because my system was not turned on after it was installed.<br /><br />That being said, Auric made good on every promise they made me and did everything they could to make up for any inconvenience. My home value increased as promised and the cost was exactly what they told me. They were very helpful in setting up the financing as well. The only advice I would give someone to have a better experience is to get some education on how the federal tax credit works. I learned that the federal tax credit does not pay out if there is extra left over. They just apply what is remaining to your next year's tax return. I would recommend that the sales people try to educate clients about this, so they can maybe adjust their W4 withholding in advance.
