I only gave them one star because zero isn't an option. These guys are terrible. They installed a system for us that hasn't worked correctly since day one. The owner Paul is one of the most rude, obnoxious and disrespectful people I have ever had to deal with. We were left being forced to hire another company to fix the system because after numerous attempts they finally said this isn't an install issue it is a operations and maintenance issue. Even though the system is still within their two year warranty period and hasn't ever worked correctly they left us holding the bag. We were forced to hire another firm at our own expense to fix their errors. I wouldn't work with these guys if you want a properly installed and function system and want to be treated with even just basic decency.
