As a more informed consumer regarding solar I chose this company looking at all the competition in my area.<br />Compared product, pricing and years in business. I then narrowed it down to three companies by reading and comparing reviews. The final three companies at the top of the list I spoke with on the phone looking for clear, concise, and honest information. Two out of the three companies were not able to explain the process in a way in which I would have felt comfortable working with them. Arizona Solar Wave's sales representative Brad explained the process, pricing and product very clearly and stated the process is'nt always perfect. Brad Bradley stated that he takes pride in always managing the process for you and making painless & effortless for the customer. We did have a couple of glitches within the process and he was terrific on resolving the issues in fast fashion. He was great with maintaining contact at all times and always available. Very prompt at returning calls. I'm a retired Firefighter that would recommend this company as a high quality company with a good product, very reasonable pricing and impeccable customer service. That is why this company is still in business after seventeen years unlike many solar companies that that have come and gone here in just a short time.
