I would like to say to thank everyone at Solartech. It was been a great pleasure to work with all of them. Eric the salesman was helpful from the beginning, answering all of my questions in a timely manner and keeping us within our budget and enabling us to get the large sized system we wanted to eliminate our electric bill.<br /> <br />The installers were super friendly and very knowledgable and helpful. Any small or large question I had, they were able to answer in a way that made sense to me. In addition, after we signed the contract, the system was installed very quickly afterwards.<br /> <br />Shauna-I appreciate all of your update emails and helping push through all of the necessary paperwork with SCE. Trying to navigate that on our own would have been a huge pain in the ass!<br /> <br />And, finally, Charlene was very helpful in explaining the monitoring and what we could/should expect from our system.<br /> <br />I truly appreciate everyone at Solartech and all of their great customer service. We'd much rather give them our money than the electric company :)
