My experience had been extremely poor. I was promised an install by January 1st, 2017. It is May 9th and I have no install date in sight. I have tried numerously on their Basecamp to contact them and find out what is going on. All I ever get is "We're working on catching up." or something to that effect. I can't tell you enough how stoked I was to get solar power and this experience has soured me completely. They already have two payments of 1/3ish each. It is a significant amount of money. The second payment was supposed to be within 30 days of installation. It is well past that now with no install date in sight. I'm at a point where my frustration levels are painful. I tried to call them at 715-629-9335 and no one answered. This shouldn't be this hard or this stressful. Maybe the price quoted was too good to be true.
