My panels have been installed 7 weeks ago and I don't know what is going on now. I know after the panels were installed they said next is city inspection. I have been trying to contact the company customer service via e-mail and phone call, also tried contacting my account manage and my sales person for about 3 weeks now just to get some status. None of them are returning my messages.<br /><br />I thought I had a good sales person but I guess after getting his commission he doesn't care anymore. Now I don't know how to even contact them in the future if I need support.<br /><br />I am very upset with this company.
