Horribly ran company. Warning to any non-local customers...If you have warranty isues​, you're penalized for distance. The farther away you're located the more excuses Elijah will have. Elijah heads the administration component of the company and is completely unresponsive to calls and emails. I had to continually followup with him. Though he​ said he would get back to me, he hardly did. Without my consent persistence I felt he'd never take care of my issues. In addition, Shawn was my sales consultant and he lied to me. Elijah failed to take responsibility for Shawn's wrongdoing and actually hung up on me when I requested to speak with the owner. "Do not give your business to this company!"

Sunbelt Electric Inc fulfills all warranty components and service with over 24 years in the industry we have a reputation of excellence. This particular customer wanted us to provide at our expense items the homeowner did not purchase and demanded for free in his mind entitled due to the purchase value of the system. As per our contract and in writing the item he wanted is a separate purchase that he never made from our company. This review is slander based on the fact we won't give the customer services, that he did not buy legal action for slander may be instituted.
