Our experience throughout the entire process was stellar. Brad was always available to answer any questions I had and was consistent with calling and letting us know the status and where we were in the process. He was always upbeat and helpful and stayed on top of the whole process throughout. We truly appreciated his updates and very timely calls to let us know what was going on. Thank you Brad, for making this an easy process to get through. they were a little delayed on installation of the panels, but went ahead with the roof insullation and the variable speed pump for the pool. All the people who did the work were knew there jobs and were very proffesional. the only regret I have was that i didnt ask enough question about programing the variable speed pool pump. however after going over the manual and playing with it i can now reprogram it if it ever comes up. i recommed this company very highly and you should ask for brad as your customer rep he delt with my wifes questions with patients and quickly got back to her with the answers
