I have dealt with AltE numerous time over the past 7-8 years. Granted they are not the lowest cost store, but with the personal help and support that I have received through their Customer Service, has more than made up for the couple of extra bucks I have spent. Their inventory is huge, the people know their stuff and the forum has answered many a question and kept me from getting items that I really did not need. Granted you can't please all the people all the time, but I have recommended AltE to numerous people, and will continue to.
