Would not recommend Vivint Solar to anyone! Extremely poor customer service with no real cost savings! After only approximately a year, an inverter required replacement. As my husband did not want an individual on our roof without being home, he called to request a Saturday appointment. After being told to expect a telephone call for an appointment, he called back a week later after not receiving any response. Once again, my husband requested a Saturday appointment and explained reason for doing so. After being placed on hold, person stated they cannot do an appointment on a Saturday and suggested Thursday. Once again, my husband explained it would not be convenient and if they cared about the solar panel system working properly, stated they should figure it out. We both decided it was time to stop wasting our time as Vivint Solar customer service personnel apparently do not understand simple English nor care about their customers! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
