John, the rep from Boston Solar, streamlined the entire process for us. He answered any and all questions I had, and provided direct contact info in case any questions came up or issues arose during the paperwork process.<br /><br />My wife was not estatic about the idea of putting panels on the roof, as many in our area have that stainless steel cross hatching. Boston Solar supplied full black panels, that are much more pleasant esthetically.<br /><br />All in all, I would recommend Boston Solar to anyone looking to go solar. Beyond the excellent customer service, their warranty and the manufacturer warranty is quite possibly the best you can get!<br /><br />Thank you Boston Solar for setting us up!
